General Program Info:

CCC is an afterschool for grades Kindergarten through 5th. The afterschool program runs until 6pm each day.  Kindergarten children arrive at 12:30pm, while children in grades 1-5 arrive at 3:00pm, although students registered at our Upper Falls site arrive a bit later, according to the timeliness of the public school bus. Upon arrival, children are given a snack. CCC provides a very important homework time each day for children of all ages. Children are required to do their homework at CCC unless they have a note from a parent stating otherwise.

Younger children, and children who do not have homework, spend time in Literacy, enjoying leisure reading and literature related activities. Free time and daily classes  begin after homework time, usually around 4:00pm.  At this time, students also have the opportunity to sign up for computer usage.  At the end of each day, teachers gather together to wind down and calmly await the arrival of parents.  We find it necessary and comforting to our students to follow a schedule of events at CCC, although our transitions are flexible and geared toward what's important to the children each day.

Billing: Families are not billed, however, payments are due quarterly, as stated in family contracts.  If payment is late, a $10.00 Late Payment fee is automatically added to the bill. PAYMENTS REMAIN THE SAME EACH MONTH, regardless of the number of days in the month.

SEE JOAN FOR PAYMENT DETAILS.
